Introducing Task Structures: A New, Easy Way to Manage Tasks in Foko Retail

Over 60 major retailers are currently using Tasks in Foko Retail to manage in-store execution and get real-time data on store performance.

Now, we’re making it even easier for retailers and brands to monitor execution and ensure compliance with Task Structures.



Completely customizable to your organization’s workflow, Task Structures allow you to easily assign tasks to a large group of users or stores, and delegate the responsibility of overseeing their execution to specific individuals. That way, HQ—or whoever set up the task—can see an overview of task progress without having to manage assignees directly.

To create a Task Structure, head to the admin panel and click on the “Tasks” tab on the left side of the screen. Click the “Create a Task Structure” button on the top right side of the display and a pop up appears. Once you’ve given your Task Structure a name, you can target it to a channel and add assignees, as well as managers to oversee it. Then, click “Create” — it’s a one-time setup, so you don’t have to create a new structure from scratch each time and can add new tasks to it if needed.

From there, you’ll be able to monitor its completion in real time or wait until it’s fully completed to see the results, so you get a clear overview of store performance at every location.
